Residence Share Inn - Nice

The location shines, just steps away from the lively pedestrian street filled with restaurants and bars. The beach is a quick 5-minute walk, super convenient. I loved having access to a shared kitchen. It was clean and well-maintained. Having a personal fridge was great for storing my snacks. The free coffee machine was a nice touch, available any time of day. My room was quite small and felt dated, with an old-fashioned decor that didn't quite match the vibrant surroundings. The air conditioning was functional but not very effective, leading to some warm nights. I also noticed that linens were changed just once a week, which could have been more frequent considering the duration of my stay. Despite being on a busy street, my room could get noisy, impacting my sleep a bit. I checked in late, and the self-check-in process was straightforward, but I felt the absence of reception staff at times. The staff who I did meet were accommodating but not overly engaging.

The hotel was gorgeous, had magnificent views and incredible location short walk to the center of a pedestrian street, Monoprix and clothes shops with different brands and vicino alla veille ville. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy.

Had a lovely four-night stay, enjoying the open kitchen to whip up breakfast and the comfy lounge for evening chats. It was a nice touch to have a coffee machine always available and a dining area that felt cute. The only hitch was the air conditioning, which was a bit too warm for my liking at times. 😊
